Enter VIX for the symbol and then click on create chart.

VIX is a measure of volatility of CBOE options.

See message #146 on this thread. That was my introduction to VIX.

VIX was reviewed on CNBC a couple of days ago. They were making the point that VIX seems to peaks (25-30 range) at market bottoms.
