I honestly can not answer your query. To the best of my knowledge the stock is not trading and is not expected to for a couple of weeks. I would assume that if the company had cleared up its financials, it would have made a press release to that effect or filed something with the SEC. Neither event has taken place (as far as I know), therefore Nasdaq will not allow their stock to resume trading.

I think the information you are getting is erroneous, or I am missing something.
