HELP! I have had numerous outages with ETRADE over the last month... power trade... logging on... phone lines busy.. hold times forever.. trades not executing in a reasonable time... I emailed them last week about my disatisfaction... I have over 1,100 trades with them in a short period of time.. thats $22,000 in commissions to them from one customer. I got a response saying that Steven Marshall (supervisor)would call me on Monday May3rd to try and work things out with me. No call monday. Tuesday no call. THey had both home and work #'s with voicemail on each. I get an email asking if Steve had called early this morning.. Responded that he hadn't and request his manager call me. Then at lunch time today called and spoke with 2 different people requesting Steve Marshall's manager call me and asked the rep if I wasn't going to get a call today if he'd call me back personally to let me know they got the msg and any info would be nice. Nothing. NADDA. ZIPPO!! Trading day is over. If ETRADE wants to piss on customers that give them $22,000 in commissions.. I feel sorry for the average customer. If anyone has some high up connections at Etrade.. please have them get in touch with me... I will email them my work # if they can't get it from Steven Marshall in customer service.. my email is : JIMB123@HOME.COM thanks all... jim
