Mr. Rieman - for God sakes, CUBE doesn't need the cash! If CUBE has a worthy project, besides the GARRISH amount of a quarter BILLION dollars on its balance sheet, CUBE is perfectly capable of tapping the capital markets (in the the following pecking order: short-term debt, long-term debt, convertible debt, and finally equity).

The only reason INTC would take a position would be to EVENTUALLY take CUBE out - by shear ownership power.

Why the Hell would CUBE negotiate with INTC for cash? And if INTC wants to take a minority position they will do it through the secondary stock market (the way you and I do it) and CUBE won't see a dime. It wouldn't surprise me if INTC's minority position was already taken.
