Rodney,

I don't know any more than this. CNBC reported that Steve Case will hold a conference with the NYSE board either this afternoon or tomorrow. No more details were released. 30 minutes later they interviewed AT&T's Armstrong and was asked about AOL's fighting to open the pipes. Mr. Armstrong replied: I look forward to working with Steve in some kind of strategic partnership for broadband access and build the networks.

Soon after the interview...XCIT shares began to rally pulling the net sector higher and bringing AOL from 115 to 130.

That's all I know. I'm sure we will all know more very soon.
