I think quite the contrary. The money that has been firing the cyclicals has raised them to new valuations. The SOX and NASDAQ have been so-so since Jan/Feb. With the DOW maybe topping out, people will now be looking back into the techs for the next huge rise. And I am not sure the DOW has topped out. I think it is very possible to see 12000 soon.

Of course, this would be very bad in general and the next "correction" will be much more than just a correction.
