Ref- Other Issues I am not going to argue on details, but I will stand by my assertion: AMD will not gain market share and make a profit, on K-7, unless the K-7 has dramatically better technology than Intel. So far K-7 appears to be marginally worse to marginally better than Intel.[ Depending on your bias]. This marginal parity will not allow AMD profitable existence, unless it downsizes significantly.
