If you are so worried about the Nasdaq listing, why do we go after a property in Iran, something that will cost us millions...millions that this company does not have. Also, I would think the deal with the Mullins group will bring you and your cronies a ton of money. Since you have inserted the 3rd of your gang of three in that company...Mr Holstein.
Why not build a company slowly, take care of the shareholders, and not have to worry about the Nasdaq listing. The price of oil was at 10 dollars, and I am sure there were N American properties with production that we could have gotten involved with that would have preserved this listing. I am sorry, but I cannot believe a word you say.
You say you have the shareholders in mind, but then the company does a roughly $185,000 dollar private placement, money the company sorely needed at the time, and you had the gall to ask for a 5,000 dollar finders fee. This is astoundingly cheap, from the man who is supposed to save the company. You also say that you have been around since Jan 15 of 99, as a director. Maybe the second time as a director. You have been in the background calling shots through Uncle Larry since he was appointed.
As far as your past record, it is funny how all the companies fell apart after you left.....quite astounding how this happens to one man so often....right after you leave....voluntarily???????????
