I think that SUF should declare a dividend as a show of confidence and a signal that they are in a long term profitable mining situation.

A nice dividend would stand out like fireworks at midnight in the beat up mining sector. There is nothing like a dividend combined with blue sky exploration potential to capture the interest of investors.
