Carpe - good idea IMO if you can structure credibility and accountability into the picture. Otherwise the naysayers will have a field day with it. As for me, I have 35k+ 'long term lock-up' already, but I don't really expect anyone who does not know me to believe it. In the case of the company, there are very real legalities as well as credibility on the line for reported information.

With this problem in mind, I think a clear and solid answer is necessary to make the effort credible somehow. JMO. -Jim
