Well Mr. Campbell,

Here's what I hear... they are on the short list for a major contract
with the Ontario government. The contract would involve a total revamp of all the Ontario courts' recording devices(analog to digital). Should BCB win the contract they would be responsible for the software components and Unisys would look after the hardware components. I think BCB stands to gain about $6.5 million US if they get the OK (it looks really good).
We are also very close to a NASDAQ BB listing. This will certainly give BCB greater exposure.
Look for 2nd quarter results to be out soon. Apparently, March was a very good month for BCB(I here over $500,000 in sales).
Keep in mind that traditionally BCB's 3rd and 4th quarters are their strongest(revenue wise).

It's not all good news however, they are still struggling with working capital. I believe it was announced at the AGM that they are $5 million short in working capital. This means they will probably have to issue more shares/options/convertible debentures etc... This means further dilution! Let's hope this has already been factored in the price.

Hope this helps.
