I just spoke with Ed Abt, President and CFO, who returned my call. To this point they have not been issuing more shares but are in the process of raising capitol. Ed feels confident that the banker he is working with will complete a financial deal with Digital in May. There has been a problem with the fulfillment contractor in shipping orders taken on the internet. My order is included in this issue. Steps are underway to alleviate this situation. The deal with QVC in England is scheduled for airing on May 15th and Ed seemed excited with the event to come. He also said that there are good things in the works, on the way, is not free to discuss them now.
