at the end of the day the more wcom headed to 90 the more nxtl moved up also... nxtl wants 45 per share.... wcom offer .5 shares of wcom stock for every 1 share of nxtl.... my guess is they are to close to kill this deal and i would be very happy to get .5 shares of wcom
