What is in the CE MSFT box? Is it not possible that JAVA might be preferable to CE?

Another way to look at the situation is that we know that CNBC/WJ are in MSFT's camp, and Armstrong knows that we know and he knows that many others also know. I don't believe Armstrong will want to see law suits that claim MSFT has a another monopoly going for the it.

Also, Armstrong is a strong man. Look at the acquisitions that he has made in the last year. I don't think he's will let folks from CNBC/WJ tell him what to do.

I know it is late in the day, but I haven't had time to read the newspaper so I don't know what MSFT gets for their bucks apart from a percentage of set boxes.
