Robert 1. Yes there was a downgrade...on their so-called 'retail focus list'...being an ex-broker I consider this insignificant (IMO) 2. The VSE and shorting...I, too was discussing shorting with Damian and was confused with him thinking borrowing was buying...see the posts. The VSE has many electronic trading terminals in various brokerage offices...these are supposed to be for client order execution...the VSE business has been so poor (Index at 500; down from well over 1000) that these terminals are mainly for pro trading now.....thus the huge volumes both long and short.
