Yes, I read the posts. I don't feel that this "downgrade" has any meaning. If you think of Bid.com either Yorkton played dirty or they don't know what they are doing in this area. Yorkton's having "guts" to criticize own underwritting issue as being overvalued gives a pretty bad impression of their research dept. to say least in perspective. Giving the criteria and what happened to stock(bids) afterwards I would rather think that the game was played with quite cynical intentions and watching today's trading and this curious appearance of the wisdom from this broker has a similar background in my opinion. I didn't read the report but stating that rapid gains are the reason for luck of value, sounds sort of absurd. Especially for fundamental changes in the company's business.
