I have reevaluated my stance on the market. Stocks will go up forever. They will go up until the DOW and SP 500 and Nasdaq reach the very heavens, the land of milk and honey, where daytraders wear the wings of angels, and instead of harps they carry IBM Thinkpads with level II screens.

I have some investment ideas to share. I'll start by suggesting JP Morgan, they're highly leveraged (9:1) with derivatives, so should do well in a rising market. Charles Schwab, Inc. is also a good choice since they not only have the increased brokerage activity of a bull market, but have a strong internet presence. Present valuations look attractive. Cisco Systems, selling at only 130 times earnings looks compelling here, as they are the top provider of internet communications buildout hardware. If the valuation seems steep, disregard, as the benign inflation picture, as well as the robust, but not overheated economy, combined with the re-emergence of previously depressed international ecomomies justify any valuations. As a final note Priceline.com looks incredibly compelling, they provide a patented online airline ticket procurement system whereby one bids for tickets over the internet. A stock worth owning on the ground floor at any price, it is rated a strong buy, or top pick by most of the major brokerage houses. And it is also endorsed by Captain Kirk.
