I think you are right on the insignificance of the downgrade on IWM...the bid.com issue was different though...he was trying to make a "Mark" for himself (no pun intended) ... his timing was bad as the stock was crashing because of all the pre-Nasdaq hype....I love the IWM but cringe at it being so active and on the VSE...is't become a licence for the "terminal trading pro's" to eke out a living...watch this site for other active stocks..... vse.ca Ritch
