nfoseek (NASDAQ:SEEK - news) surged $10.19 to $55.12 on an upgrade (from 'hold' to 'buy') by Warburg Dillion Read analyst Michael Wallace. Wallace raised his recommendation on a 'valuation basis' because, ''Infoseek continues to add viewers and grow revenues.'' Shares, however, are still 48% below their 52-week high of $100. Disney (NYSE:DIS - news) , which owns 44% of Infoseek, lost $0.75 to $30.06 per share amid continued concern of declining sales from its merchandising and creative divisions. fnews.yahoo.com Dan, buying SEEK at low 40s and sell anywhere above 65, that's my simple plan.
