Bipin the degree of partnerships with foreign and american
companies make dumping of drams a very difficult concept.
Who does the government protect?TXN,MOT,IBM are all US companies
selling drams at low prices that may be at a loss.If the
supply has totally outstripped demand doesn't the mfger still
have the right to sell inventory even if it means losing money?
A roller coaster suggests up and down, unfortunately a freefall
seems to be closer to reality.
As a side note I am told the Japanese may be sitting on two
months of inventory. The semi pact with the Japanese needs to
be put in place soon.
