You state "Nausia, vomiting side effects in up to 16% of the patients" The pr reports Nausea in 0.5 to 16% of the patients. It says nothing about vomiting, and I would guess the percentage of vomiting is much lower. They are two different things, with nausea being much more common than vomiting. In addition, 0.5 to 16% rate of nausea is the same rate seen in some of the more popular antidepressants, and it does not inhibit their use much. If this medication from Uprima is effective, it will be popular. From the data I have seen to date, the effectiveness rate is less than that for Viagra.
