MM and all - I have looked over a lot of these deals lately and NO I aont no M&A merchant banker expert but LAT is one of the sweeter ones I have seen - This one is in addition to the earlier deal announced. I guess that is why I never owned GEM etc etc etc. I liked this one and bought on MOMO - Actually I think I killed the MOMO and then the news comes out without a hlat and the market yawned Meanwhile we got 100MM share floats trading up to a buck on no firms deals. I mean SKG has got to be the biggest farce I have seen - 155MM shares and trading up a storm at .13 - Go figure
