Jon: I place more emphasis on "Unsettling". Here he have a COO of a Company who does not know his Firms capacity after a year at the wheel. What is troublesome is the man has not made use of Simulation models coupled with ERP and captured past data to discover that.

In short he gives the impression that they are flying by the seat of their pants; not on Auto pilot which is how Michael Dell,the Guru of the Management of Silicon procurement, manages his Enterprise.

So the problem is who needs to be fixed first.? NN or its COO.
