NASD has not approved application until ALL documentation is approved.

From experience, (it is only my opinion) that MMs "screw up" for more "power" with the company. Most MMs are in it for themselves, not the client. I've said before that Sungold better have a good relationship with the MM otherwise the job will be much tougher.
