Mike, I see no "bottom" in the CTII chart, particularly after it broke down support at $1.15:

IMO, psychology, in the form of a tangible "FUD" factor, is much more important than intangible book value once the stock violated the $1 limit for continued NASDAQ listing:
"A company is not in compliance with this requirement when its stock drops below $1 for 30 trading days. The company will be notified of delisting proceedings unless the stock closes at $1 or more for 10 consecutive trading days, within 90 calendar days of falling out of compliance."
Of course I wish you the best. It is just that I disagree with you that this stock is the place to be at this time; the downside risk has not been reduced, IMO.
