May 4, 1999 VSE Symbol: IVM

The Company wishes to announce that on May 3rd 1999, it delivered to the Vancouver Stock Exchange, a response to the VSE's letter of October 30th 1998.

At this time the Company wishes to apologise to its shareholders for the protracted delay in compiling this response. The information requested by the VSE required extensive reviews of the Company's records dating as far back as 1990.

The VSE's queries, obligated the Company to review all share issuance transactions, bank deposits, accounting procedures and policies, it required multiple discussions with past and present associates, and finally the compiling of this information into a cohesive and comprehensive format.

The Company will make further announcements, as and when the VSE makes known its opinions, and or decisions in regards to the Company's trading status. In the interim, the Company asks for the continued patience of its loyal shareholders.
