A good gyro is to be treasured. No, not treasured...worshipped! Finding a good one around here, however, is not easy. I've yet to get a really good one in my county. I'll actually be having one for dinner tomorrow night, but it will merely be "adequate."

Good choice with what you're washing it down with too. Carbonated prune juice does wonders for your digestive tract.

I'm a Pepper too. : )
