I haven't done it myself yet, so I can't give you a point and click recipe. But, basically you take a linux box, configure it to connect to the cable network (my room-mate found an app for RR in about 5 min of web searching), and configure it to masquerade IPs for the Win clients.

I found a utility to handle the WIN side of things here.

If you aren't afraid of a bit of tinkering you can probably pull it off. The best part is the tools are free and it can run on the old junky cpu you've got sitting in the closet.

We're planning on doing this in the next month or 2, but a web server is the first priority...
