Ah yes, the attorneys.

Replacing Bill as CEO is not the answer in the immediate term, getting money applied to starting the plant is. I'm sure none of us expected the plant to sit there all this time and not run. Instead, we expected the plant to earn a tremendous amount of money and to provide a continuously running display to customers of what they could expect. Instead, it just sits.

Up until this point, I expected huge orders to inject plenty of cash into GRNO to start the plant. Instead, customers are driven away by the picture of the inactive GRNO plant. How do they know how long that plant would actually run for them in the field? They must spend millions to install their own plants without ever knowing anything about the reliability of the design or other practical aspects of operation management. In hind sight, it isn't any surprise that no deals have been completed and deposits received.

Maybe all this is fine with the attorneys, but to this investor, there has been poor service done by this inactive plant. To what extent is that the fault of attorneys? Think about it.

Clearly, there have been no orders nor do I expect will be. There can be only one source for funds to start that plant. Not from customers, not from banks, not from lawyers. It will have to come from us, the investors because we are the only ones who give a @#$% whether that plant runs now or not.
