I think what they are indicating is that due to the way the gold is deposited at Madsen- they have almost unlimited ore. They could be drilling it off forever. I don't think that they intend to drill off reserves in excess of a three year supply that matches the mining and milling capacity.
They will concentrate on actually mining it and gradually increasing their milling and mining capacity and then refocus on increasing the drill defined reserves.
I understand that they are still drilling from underground and that reserves are growing significantly all the time. Most importantly they are confirming their earlier projections which if fully realized means that they will be mining gold for at least 25 years.

The No. 8 vein referred to in this old Madsen release is apparently of very similar make up to the high grade Cambell, Placer Dome and Goldcorp ore.

Much of the gold at Madsen is in very high grade pockets which occur sporadically over a huge area. They are difficult to drill off but very nice to put through the mill.
