Haven't had a chance to read it yet but I doubt mention of LCAN as the emphasis seems to be on describing what's there now, for someone planning a visit today.

One thing that must be done to boost tourism is golf courses - they have only two at the moment. The Havana course (9-holes only) is featured in an article - the only other course on the whole island is 125 miles away! As you undoubtedly know, LCAN is planning on building two 18-hole courses, so that should help boost Cuba's attractiveness as a destination, and cruise ship stop (Carnival is now putting on Caribbean golfing cruises so Cuba would have to be a natural if the facilities were there).
