Virus protection? Never use it, never had a problem. On the other hand, my co-worker lost two machines to recent Windows virus. One of them had nothing but CD applications on it, then his Windows CD wouldn't recognize it's own key code! Thanks, Bill! Straight out of the box, 10 days old, not even fully configured yet. Shut down cold. And it's a nice ThinkPad, too! Why write viruses for Mac when any Linux hacker can get so much more satisfation and market share by infecting Windows? Web
