I called STBI IR. Motion passed. Basically a non-event. I knew hours before the meeting that there were enough votes so I didn't bother to drive up just for the Q&A.

UPDATE: Oh yeah, almost forgot (from my Motley Fool post):

I had an interesting conversation with STBI IR this afternoon. There is talk of issuing combined earnings DESPITE the fact that the merger did not complete by end of April. I don't know how this would work, but I didn't pry either. I will get more info on this when the earnings release date is set.
