BLKP News Release: BLKP volume ROARED March 5th prompting them to put out a news release to explain that they feel the unusually large market activity could only be due to speculation on their new drilling activity. Then, later in the day, they came out with this News Release. Bet they wish they could've done this financing next month...N

But all in all, how many are willing to bet that this will all have a positive spill over effect on LRDR one day...maybe soon.

Announces Financing

Black Pearl Minerals Inc. announces today that it has reached an agreement for financing with Yorkton Securities Inc. Yorkton has agreed to raise up to $3 million for the company through the sale of up to 4,000,000 special warrants. Each special warrant will be convertible into 1 share at $0.75 and 1/2 common
share purchase warrant where a full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at $1.00 per share for a 12 month period.

The proceeds of this financing will be used by the company to fund its ongoing exploration programs in Ontario, including the Nickel Offsets project in Tully Township. ____________________________________________________________________
