Yorkton has agreed to raise up to $3 million for the company through the sale of up to 4,000,000 special warrants. Each special warrant will be convertible into 1 share at $0.75 and 1/2 common share purchase warrant where a full warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at $1.00 per share for a 12 month period.
