I'm a little surprised that they announced the reverse split. I was told by IR that the proxy vote was a safety to keep from being delisted. Hummmm. I did not see any public references to mngt having discussions with the exchange with regard to delisting.
NASDAQ req'mts:
"A company is not in compliance with this requirement when its stock drops below $1 for 30 trading days. The company will be notified of delisting proceedings unless the stock closes at $1 or more for 10 consecutive trading days, within 90 calendar days of falling out of compliance."

I just hope this effects all shares equally in that options are not repriced in favor of mgnt. I personally voted against the split.
