Conac Software private placement Conac Software Corp COT Shares issued 16,052,668 May 4 close $0.50 Wed 5 May 99 News Release Ms. Jacqueline Michael reports The company has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 1.5 million units at 50 cents to raise $750,000. Each unit shall consist of one share and one warrant to purchase one share at 50 cents for 12 months following the date of issue of the warrant and thereafter, at 60 cents until 24 months following the date of issue of the warrant.
