New York Post (AP Wire Services) April 29, 1999 12:32 am Rod Hinckley Staff Reporter NYPD announced the arrest tonight of a suspect in a recent rash of "flashing" on the upper West Side. In the fourteenth incident in the last three weeks, a short, portly hispanic male was reported to have opened his L.L. Bean pancho to reveal his shortcomings. While being booked, the subject reportedly identified himself as a well known poster on SI and Yahoo message boards, going by the name of.... Bail was set at $500.
