Pretty poor Novell sales effort that you are reporting here. I guess that the Novell VAR rep also gets re-imbursed for selling MS NT Server? Can any of the Novell employees explain how they manage the VAR relationships to incent the VAR personnel to sell NetWare against MS NT Server? This looks like the kind of result that should cause some changes to be implemented by Novell ... at least to me, what does Novell's VAR manager(s) think about this situation? Or ... is it possible that nobody at Novell feels they are responsible to correct this process to achieve a more favourable result? PS ... Paul, did you try to invite anyone from Novell? Thanks
