Mark, sorry it took so long to post a reply. I posted the article because it was of interest to me (and I thought maybe to the rest of the board) to stay informed as to the strategic planning of the various companies that could purchase ARTT. It is my belief that ARTT cannot survive on its own through the end of the year. While Nextlink (digital cellular) and ARTT (BBFW) have no apparent overlap, MCI Worldcom's inclination to do a deal in the BBFW area might be influenced by the timing of another major purchase and system integration in the cellular area. Next topic: How is AT&T going to address the business market with its new cable assets? Will it install cable lines into the buildings or go the BBFW route? My bet is on extending cable but would welcome other views. Obewon
