What we look for is the NYSE BP to be in X's for a positive market direction, which is what we have. It has been getting stronger since it reversed up a couple of weeks ago.
Sectors are in normal territory and it is perfectly normal to have some sectors in the higher range and some in the lower range.

To us, the trend isn't in doubt. If the indicators turn negative we will change our investment decisions to be more cautious. Right now, things look good and absolutely you can trade. I stated here before it is possible to pick a bad stock in a good market. You still have to look for strong fundamentals, RS in X's and strong chart patterns. Unless you are an aggressive trader and can handle the risk of stocks that aren't so stacked in ones favor.

Sector rotation is always important. Always select prudently whether the NYSE BP is in X's or in O's.
