Charles, I see you are in IATV. Also a great company that has great potential. I met personally with the key gentleman who brought MDTV public a while back. If the time allows me I like to me with all the individuals in a company, including Paul Andreola. I walked away from that meeting feeling quite confident that with or without RG-Investments.com; MDTV is going places. I am on board now and it is too simple to not conceptualize what is about to happen. It is not like we are having to wait on any technology. It is not like we are having to wait on any developmental stage. All of that is in place and provided by well established household names in the Investment Community. I do understand your concern about being a fully reporting company, but it is my understanding that they are finalizing the paperwork and should be submitted to the SEC soon. Paul can give you a better date on when that is suppose to happen.
