The stockpiled GPGI ore, how was it made, over the years, what did I read 2 months ago about the HIGHWAY dept tailings as if the local government Streets Department had some sort of processing equipment that PRODUCED THIS ORE, as GPGI management did not produce all this huge pile 50/500,000???TONS/Yards? Are the copper smelters envolved with their heat melting treating processes. Are the clinkers and tailings the same as they are hauld out to waste sites. Is this the stuff that falls off the trucks that the highway dept picks up off the road, and has to find a place to stor it. Is this the pile? Or is a asphalt re-processing/ re-surfacing BARBER-GREEN type thing envolved. Is GPGI appying heat to their DIRT? Is this heat the smelting part of the process? Is the concentrating then done. Is this set up as a piloit plant and at what size and scale? I think I am at my thirteen? limit! Answere it or PARTS of it or Tommorrow -no rush. Thanx .
