Undoubtedly, any combined statements would (by definition at this point) have to be pro forma. I guess I worded that post badly. When I said "I don't know how this would work," what I meant was "I did not receive any information as to how they will work it all out." I will be getting details when their plans have been finalized.

BTW, I have seen the merger described as a "pooling acquisition," so what reporting method will be used?
