It is your choice, if you sell at a discount to the $35, before the tender, you can put the cash to work in another stock. If you wait I'm not sure how long it may be. It would depend on the time required to accumulate the outstanding shares. Many have sold I think, some of us are waiting for a higher price. I personally don't wish to take this much of a discount, I'm holding for now and may move on any price above $34. Hope this helps!
