I talked with the Company today.The Information Circular was just being printed,so it's still going to be a while before the shareholder meeting.If you own stock,you should get one.
It will trade POST ROLLBACK.The share issue of 15 million was sold out in 2 days.4 TIMES OVER SUBSCRIBED.I don't think this one is going to have any problems reaching it's post rollback equivalent price [on the VSE]of $.68
All exchanges [ASE,VSE,NASDAQ] will trade the same day,whenever that is.
The Company still doesn't have it's license.
