if i am understanding this correctly (and it seems simple, 10% of the company offered, offering total 1B) then TD will have 10billion dollars of assets at the ipo from waterhouse alone.... i don't know much about TD (but im gonna find out), though i assume the rest of the co. is worth more than 5B. (even if it changes to 20% and 1B this seems like a pretty big contribution to assets ignoring the runup after waterhouse goes public) what am i missing? r
