WHAT: Dell Computer Corporation (Nasdaq:DELL.O), invites
you to attend the Networld + Interop 99 Las Vegas
keynote presentation of Dell Chairman and CEO
Michael Dell at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 12. Mr.
Dell will speak about the global
business-to-business online economy and Dell's
Internet commerce initiatives for its business
customers.

Mr. Dell's keynote will be broadcast live on the
Web at zdnet.com.

Immediately following the keynote, Dell will host
an informal briefing for the media with a
question-and-answer session with Mr. Dell.

Dell also will conduct customer briefings during
Networld + Interop 99 Las Vegas at its booth No.
4775.

WHERE/WHEN: Dell Chairman and CEO Michael Dell will deliver
his keynote presentation at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday,
May 12, in the Conrad Room of the Las Vegas Hilton
Hotel.

The media briefing with Mr. Dell will begin at
approximately 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, in
Ballroom F of the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel.
