(the following information is based largely on a conversation with the CEO, Mr. Quentin Kelly, in a 45 minute interview... needless to say I came away much more assured and way more excited about the long term prospects)

Here it WorldWater Corp. in a nutshell.
1) Life-Enhancing and Life-Saving Technology that was years in the design...now being seriously marketed.
** patented Solar pump that can disburse power and 2000 GPM of clean water without any pollution or monitoring (typical 20+ year life) bringing needed water and power to remote areas of arid, emerging growth countries for the first time.
** Developed by Princeton University Scientists and others
** Most efficient pump in the world
** Able to pump water from great depths and reach remote areas for farming or sustinance of human habitation
** No pollution
2) The Product is needed badly
** Huge % of world's population is without clean, potable water and sufficient power
** WWAT's product is already in testing in 16 countries; in high demand
** CEO next visiting Pakistan; invited by Prime Minister; possibilty NewsWeek will follow them; if so, great "bonus" exposure.
** Tanzania so impressed they had a "WorldWater Day"

MY PRICE TARGET: Minimum $10 within 12-24 months based on fundamentals (i.e. anticipated EPS of 50 cents per share)
SYNOPSIS/TECHNICAL: Seems to be in an accululation stage; building a strong base around 50-80 cents, looking for uptrend and then continued base building at higher levels; tightly held long term holders exists. Some stockholders from lower levels getting out (which is natural) and selling into rises, but the float is being bought up by long term holders rather rapidly. One big PR should provide big lift.
