I agree ... It is pretty clear from AMD's use of "jacked up" voltages that
their GOX is thicker. This leads to "inferior" devices. <ggg> The other
impressive part of the Intel .18um process that was presented by M. Bohr
at IEDM was the demonstrated speed of their SRAM process development
vehicle ... I believe at 900mhz.
