Schroder upgrades HD,good spring, & Midstate Disaster sales should boost stock price and stop the downtrend. In my opinion, HD acts like a commodity when disaster strikes. In short, the stock price should recover. Sometime a good jump in price.

Finally, HD controls alot of the fiber board, chalk board, and plaster board.
